This is a monthly subscription box which includes 4-5 full-size products from the best and most luxurious and unique brands. While makeup is awesome we also focus on nail care, skin care, hair care, fragrance and anything else that can help promote your Self-Love, Self-Acceptance and Self-Empowerment. All our products are cruelty-free, all natural, or vegan free.

We'd hate to see you go, but cancelling is easy. You can cancel via your account page or you can just send us an email at Outreach@Self-Ybox.com. Just cancel at least one day before you're charged on the first of the month and you're good baby girl!

We make sure any product we offer is either All-Natural, Vegan, Organic or Cruelty-Free. In addition, we look for partners with these designations on their products and transparency in their ingredient lists. Products which use natural active ingredients such as Oil/Plant Extracts, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Almond Oil, or natural clay are in! It is a constant battle to find high quality products which meet these requirements, so if there is brand out there you think we should check out or want to discuss our process in more detail hit us up!
We strive to find products that are not only good for you but good for the environment. Products that are water-free or reduce their packaging offer a more environmentally sustainable option by reducing the consumption of water and needless waste. We will actively work to include more of these types of products as brands emerge that meet our standards.

Because of a change in tax laws, residents of the following states are required to pay state sales taxes per state regulation:

If your account is currently active and the payment for your renewal is declined, your account will be placed in a past due state. Our system will automatically continue attempting to charge your card to collect payment, while supplies last. In order to stop the billing attempts, you must cancel the account before the payment is successfully processed.

You will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe for the current month's box (unless otherwise stated - while supplies last). Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 1st day of each following month beginning at 12 AM EST, per your subscription term, moving forward. If you are on a 3,6 or 12 month prepaid plan you will be charged once the prepaid period ends.
Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped, or are set to ship in 3 business days or less.

Quarterly (3-month), Biannual (6-month), & Annual (12-month) Renewing Subscriptions
Full refunds are unavailable for extended 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions that have already begun shipping. If you have been renewed for an extended plan, you can receive a full refund if your first box has not been shipped.

Self-Y box ships once per month, between the 12-15th of each month. If you subscribed on or before the 15th, you will receive that month's box with our regular shipment. If you subscribed after the 15th, your will receive the next month's box on or around the 15th of the following month. We promise it will be worth the wait!
We ship the Self-Y box between the 12th and 15th of each month, with delivery taking between 2-5 business days.
All our boxes are limited editions and subject to availability. If the current box is sold out your first box will be received the next month. We promise it will be worth the wait!
